This LiveUp LS3124 weighted rope is a high quality and extremely durable rope. Each handle is equipped with 250gms weights and ball bearings to provide a smooth and consistent swing motion. The weights help to develop strength and aids in toning the wrist and forearm. The handles are covered with foam grip, to provide added comfort to the user.
